REQUIREMENTS

PRESCHOOL

• Nursery
  at least 3 years and 6 months old and not older than 4 years and 5 months old by June.
• Kinder
  at least 4 years and 6 months old and not older than 5 years and 5 months old by June and has had Nursery schooling.
• Prep
  at least 5 years and 6 months old and not older than 5 years and 5 months old by June and has had Kinder schooling.

GRADE SCHOOL

• Grade I
  at least 6 years and 6 months old and not older than 7 years and 5 months by June.
• Grade 2-6
  has satisfactory grade in all subjects has satisfactory conduct.

HIGH SCHOOL

• Year I-IV
  has satisfactory grade in all subjects has satisfactory conduct.

INITIAL REQUIREMENTS

(Prior to issuance of Application Form & other required forms)

1. A photocopy of birth certificate (bring original for verification)
2. A photocopy of baptismal certificate (bring original for verification)
3. A photocopy of present grade/year level Report card
4. 3 ID pictures (1x1)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

(Upon submission of application form and other required forms)

1. Recommendation Letter/form from previous school
   (For Grade 3 - (HS applicants only; form to be secured from the Registrar’s office)
2. Accomplished application form, student info sheet and medical history form

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

(Upon submission of application form and other required forms)

1. Submit initial requirements to the Registrar’s Office for evaluation
2. Secure application form and other required forms from the Registrar’s Office
3. Pay testing fee at the Finance Office, Secure test permit and the schedule of test from the Registrar’s Office.
4. submit completed application forms and other required forms to the Registrar’s Office.
5. Take the entrance test on the scheduled dates
6. Student applicant with parent/ guardian come for an interview with the Principal on the scheduled date
   (Application result will be released after the interview).
