Announcements

The Parents Assembly of LRMS is a non-stock, non-profit organization synonymous to the PTA organization in other schools. We are very much involved in the school activities, always lending a hand to the school administration in their efforts to improve school facilities and to assist in their educational offerings particularly through the co-curricular and extra¬curricular activities. During the Family day, the PA officers were very visible as hosts and facilitators; to raise funds, the PA sponsored the PS/GS Musicale and the HS Musikalikasan; to give teachers a respite, parents volunteered to be teachers for a day on Teacher-Appreciation Day.

The Parents Assembly of LRMS has its own website (www.palrins.multiply.com) and its own newsletter, both proving to be effective ways of reaching more parents and updating them of the PA’s plans and projects. At the Musikalikasan, Mrs. Cannelita Valdez, the Grade School PA President, donated trophies for the winners while the PA sponsored the cash prizes. During the JS Prom, the PA sponsored the JS Prom pictures. More pledges include one LCD projector each the Grade School and High School divisions to help in their classroom instruction and a skid mat and toys for the Preschool Division. The PA has also offered to continue sponsoring medals for winners in out-of-school competitions in both academics and sports.

The PALRMS has accomplished a lot within a short period of time because of its dynamic and efficient leadership and a collaborative and supportive group of parent board and homeroom officers who continue to live up to their mission to promote goodwill and understanding within the school community and to enrich the programs and environment of the school.
